Last days of summer

On Monday after work Logan and I decided to go out and give Dakota a little attention, on what could possibly be one of the last nice days of the year (ironically also the last day of summer).  Poor Dakota had been cooped up in the house all day while we were at work and was so excited to see us, especially to see us outside, that she was jumping around which Logan thought was hilarious!  I was a little too slow with my phone to catch the best part of the laughing but I was able to catch some of Logan and Dakota playing :)

We've had some great weather up until yesterday and have tried to take advantage of it on the weekends!  A few weekends ago we took Logan to the Woodland Park Zoo.  Most of the animals were out so he got to see some bears, wolves and Elephants!  It was a nice family day and we're pretty sure he had a good time! :)

Recently Logan has found he really enjoys Dakota's pillows and constantly rolls and bounces on them.  This possibly annoys and disgusts Dakota, but she's pretty good at dealing with him.  On Saturday night Logan tried to share the pillow with Dakota, which was pretty cute :)
