Puppy Love

Logan loves dogs and is lucky enough to have many in his life :)  He laughs when they are near him, opens his mouth for doggy kisses and in general is quite enthralled by dogs.

He and Dakota often share time on the floor... Dakota will chew on her bone and Logan will watch her or chew on his own toys...

On weekdays when he's at Grammy and Grampa's house he also has Casey to entertain him.  She's still a pretty young puppy, but does really well with Logan.

Sometimes Logan gets love from both dogs...

Uncle Jared and Aunt Laura also have a little dog named Bella.  She got to come over last Sunday for dinner and Logan loved giving her hugs!!  He might think she's a stuffed animal...not sure :) he's never met a dog that didn't try licking him constantly till Bella.

Seahawks Superbowl!

I realize the Superbowl was almost 2 weeks ago, but work has been super crazy and I just haven't had time to get these pictures up!  Normally I would have just moved on, however, it was Logan's first Superbowl AND the Seahawks were not only in it but they WON!  It's been a long time coming for us Seattle sports fans and it seemed like Logan was enjoying it just as much :)

We went to my parents where there was tons of food and snacks and got to hang out with Kevin and all the grandparents.

(These pictures are all from my phone so please excuse the grainy effect)

Kevin was of course the most excited person in the house... he helped Logan cheer
I'm fairly certain some big play was happening at this point :)  He almost looks like he knows what's going on ;)

All the boys getting excited about the game

Logan cheering (or just making noise)

It really was a great game and we are SO EXCITED they won!! :)

GO HAWKS!!

Year of the Horse

Last night we got to celebrate Chinese New Year with the Subcleff clan!  They always go all out with both food and entertainment and this year was no exception :)

We celebrated the end of the Year of the Snake and the beginning of the Year of the Horse.

Skittles in honor of the upcoming Super Bowl with the Seahawks

Lots of people and food!
Hanging out with Auntie Tina

We played "minute-to-win it" games for prizes... Picking up skittles with metal chop sticks... I did not win...

Mr. Subcleff organized a skit to demonstrate the snake going out and the horse coming in...

Kendall got to participate and play the captain raising the 12th Man flag

Logan was born in the year of the Snake:
"People born in the Year of the Snake are profound and hold great wisdom.  They are unbelievablly successful in matters of money and will always be able to obtain it easily when they need it.  Snake-year people are quite romantic and are known to be handsome men and beautiful women"

Sounds like a good year to be born in :)

Logan got all sorts of treats for wearing Seahawk gear and possibly for being the youngest at the party :)

Logan got to open his red envelope this morning and put his dollar coin in his piggy bank to save

It was so much fun as usual and we can't wait to see what will come next year!
Happy New Year to the Subcleff family and thanks for including us once again :)
