2 Months Old

Yesterday Logan turned 2 months old!  So crazy how quickly time has flown!  

At 2 months:

~Logan is 10 pounds and 11 ounces and is measuring 23.5" long

~He smiles! and "talks" to you especially at 3 and 7 AM :)

~He can focus on things and people

~He loves his mobile in his crib and will lay there smiling at it for quite awhile

~He blows a lot of bubbles

~He's not a huge fan of "tummy time" but we were instructed by the doctor to amp up the time

~He's sleeping a bit better depending on the day or week.  Sometimes till 4 am and sometimes till 1:30 depends on his mood :) 

He's definitely a smiley, happy little boy!

On another note.... Here is a picture of our new ride!  We had a hard time fitting Dakota, Logan and all our stuff including the stroller into our compact cars so we upgraded to a SUV!  It's definitely a large ride but will fit us for a long time!

I know it's been awhile since I posted any pictures!  The weeks seem to keep flying by even though I'm not sure what we've been accomplishing :)

Mostly we have been hanging out at home, running errands (usually shopping :)) or Logan is napping (sometimes).

Play Time

We've had a lot of "tummy"time this week to work on getting a strong neck :) Logan normally lasts about 5 minutes in this position but has been getting a lot better! He's able to lift his head pretty high and hold it for a few seconds. Yesterday he did manage to roll over onto his back... probably more of an accident than actually mastering rolling over! He's not super fond of being on his stomach so I'm pretty sure he just got his arm in the right spot so he could flip to his back...but he did do it three times in a row! We'll see if he can actually do it again this weekend. However I did catch it on video :)

Dakota also likes to participate in play time... 

We have also been enjoying the non-rainy days by taking a walk with Dakota.  It's been a bit chilly so we make sure he's all bundled up.
